Using the Drugs Wheel

The Drugs Wheel can be used as a training resource, educational game, or discussion tool in both group and one-to-one settings. When using the Drugs Wheel, please note:

• The Wheel is a simplified model and does not aim to include every drug or describe every effect.
• Drugs can affect people differently and may fit into more than one category.
• The inner and outer rings can be adapted to suit your settings (for example prescribed and non-prescribed drugs).
• Prescription drugs provide a useful discussion point, for example how legal status can impact stigma.
